We have put together a variety of useful information for your Australian adventure with RED DOG TOURS. It is most important to us that your holiday is an unforgettable experience without any worry and hassle. So if you have a bit of time read through some or all of the helpful and interesting information.
All tours are taken in our very comfortable 4WD s and are guided by us or one of our tour guides. Their great cooking skills and love for food and wine makes every meal a culinary delight. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.
Please be aware that the itineraries are a guideline only. Due to weather, road conditions and group preferences trips might be altered according to the circumstances.
Depending on the money you want to spend tours can be arranged either budget, intermediate or luxurious. That depends primarily on the type of accommodation you choose.
Budget means in dormitories (multiple share/backpacker) facilites. Intermediate are single or double rooms in 2 and 3 star hotels and motels and luxury means 4 star hotels and bed & breakfasts.
Outback trips are mainly bush camping due to the remoteness of the area. You still can see the Outback if you are not prepared to sleep outside. Although a major part of the Outback experience is to sleep the traditional way in a “SWAG” or less traditional in a tent and it is the only way to see the very remote areas of the country. So try something new and experience what the real Outback is all about.
